An inherent desire to serve led Frank into a 16-year Hotel career, spanning four countries, with properties ranging from boutique to conference centres, and from full-service to select-service properties in the corporate and franchise space.

Blending this experience and knowledge with his passion for education, Frank has partnered with tourism professionals to empower and develop future industry leaders, over the last 14 years, at George Brown College. The desire to nurture successful careers and contribute to the sustainability and continued success of the Tourism Industry, is his overarching goal.
