Zachary’s nearly 20 years as a hotelier have seen him take on a variety of challenges in the industry, growing into leadership positions such as Guest Services Manager and Reservations and Conference service Manager. In his current role he functions as the focal point for all groups and events at Le Germain Hotel Ottawa.
