Carolyn’s experience in the hospitality industry began with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts winning her President’s Club and Achiever’s Awards for outstanding sales. Her career includes Delta Hotels and Resorts as National Account Director and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Director, Group Sales Canada. In addition to property and global sales, Carolyn’s experience includes senior sales at Destination Planners Inc, a destination management company. Carolyn also owned CAP Hospitality Marketing, offering sales representation for luxury resorts, hotels and DMCs.
Carolyn joined ConferenceDirect in 2011 and has quickly grown to the role of Vice President and Team Director. She is a specialist in site selection and contract negotiation, conference engagement services, housing and registration services, strategic meetings management programs and event mobile applications. Carolyn has more than 20-years experience in sales, hotel operations and destination management and is also responsible for recruiting new associates to join her team at ConferenceDirect.
