The Hotel Association of Canada Conference is a closed business conference for industry professionals,
we are not open to the general public.
Cancellation Policy
A written notice is required indicating your intent to cancel. Substitutions are accepted up to the day of the conference. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after
May 12th, 2024, or for conference ‘no shows’. Please email info@bigpictureconferences.ca if you wish to cancel/change your registration.
