The Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre (655 Dixon Rd, Toronto, ON M9W 1J3) has been designated as the official host venue for The 2026 Hotel Association of Canada Conference. 

 

The special guestroom rate at 199.00 CAD per night will be available until Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. 

 

A ticket is eligible for the Discount provided it has been purchased on aircanada.com, and provided the Promotion Code has been applied at time of purchase. Any ticket not purchased on aircanada.com for the purposes of travel to an Event will not qualify for any benefits under these Terms and Conditions. A ticket purchased on aircanada.com but for which the applicable Promotion Code was not entered or was entered incorrectly will not be eligible for the Discount.

 

Please note the additional applicable rules:  

• The travel period begins Wednesday, February 25, 2026 and ends Thursday, March 12, 2026.
• Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
• For North America' 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel' 10% on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% on the lowest Business Class).
• However, all bookings made using the promotion code will count toward the minimum 10 passenger requirement for Meetings and Conventions events.

The discount is valid for bookings made to Toronto, ON.

 

The discount code offers:

• 10% discount on available base fares (with the exception of the lowest class fare during a public seat sale) for travel to and from the Hotel Association of Canada Conference 2026.
