In the industry for 25 years, working in Canada, US, Bermuda and United Arab Emirates in the learning and Human Resources. Hotels include being part of the opening team for The Plaza Hotel in New York city, The Savoy in London, The Fairmont Palm in Dubai and The Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda, primarily responsible for training and development of all associates. As an employee engagement specialist, believes that an outstanding employee experience will ultimately result in our employees delivering outstanding service to our guest, thus providing experiences that are memorable.

Currently Corporate Director of Talent & Learning for Larco Hospitality that supports hotels under Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and JW Marriott hotel brands, consisting of close to 2000 associates. Works closely with the Human Resources teams to ensure that our hotels are creating a “great place to work” where employees are engaged and motivated to bring their best to work. Areas of expertise are employer branding to attract the best talent, employee engagement to ensure we are retaining top hospitality talent and learning and development and succession planning to ensure we are growing out talent.
