Floorplan and Table Assignment
We will provide you with one 6ft skirted table and one chair.
If you do not require a table or would prefer a cruiser table instead, please advise Victoria.
Your exhibition space footprint is 6' wide by 4' deep. The Exhibitor Floorplan can be found here. Your table number will be assigned to you via email.

Shipping and Handling
- All large items that cannot be hand carried must be brought in via the Loading Dock. Click here for instructions.
- Please use this Shipping Label for all items shipped to the venue. All items must be clearly labeled.
- On the shipping label, please include the name of the person who will be in charge of receiving the boxes (Deborah Cloutier).
- Items can be received by the hotel from Tuesday, April 19th. Please ensure your items do not arrive at the hotel any sooner. Charges may apply for items received prior to this date.
This is a table-top show, if you are bringing larger items arrangements must be made in advance with Victoria Hircock.

Internet/ Electricity/Audio Visual
- Complimentary wi-fi is available on the exhibition floor foyer. Connect to network: Westin Guest (no code required).
- If you require dedicated internet for your booth, wired internet and electrical requirements must be organized through ENCORE at an additional cost. Click here for the Order Form.
- Please contact Zan Nicol by Friday, April 29th to place your order.
- You may be asked for your exhibitor table number as part of the order.

Accommodation
If you have not yet made accommodation arrangements and wish to stay at the Westin Harbour Castle - please book your rooms at the Group Rate by clicking HERE. For reference, the conference group rate is $259/night per night for single occupancy based on availability.
