The Hotel Association of Canada Conference is a closed business conference for industry professionals,
we are not open to the general public.
Cancellation Policy
A written notice is required indicating your intent to cancel. Substitutions are accepted up to the day of the conference. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after
February 2, 2026, or for conference ‘no shows’. Please email accounting@hotelassociation.ca if you wish to cancel/change your registration.
